Kelli Calabrese

Kelli Calabrese is an Adventure Boot Camp Master Instructor and renowned fitness expert, business owner, consultant, international presenter, author, spokesperson, editor and mother of two. Her passion for fitness began when Calabrese joined her first group fitness class at the age of thirteen.

Kelli has a Masters Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation and in the past two decades has attained over 20 fitness, nutrition and coaching certifications from organizations such as ACE, NSCA, AFAA, Nautilus Institute, and AAHFRP, Cooper Institute for Aerobic Research. 

Kelli owned and operated a chain of fitness centers in NJ for 14 years. She was the lead fitness expert for eDiets and eFitness for 3 years. Kelli is on the board of advisors and a spokesperson for many fitness industry and consumer organizations. She has been the editor of Personal Fitness Professional magazine for over 2 years.  Kelli has been a trainer to trainer since she began her first school in 1992 called Xercise Institute. Currently she is on the board of directors for the Personal Trainer Business Alliance, Purdue University, My Nutrition Store and iParenting .  She is also the author of Feminine, Firm & Fit – Building A Lean Strong Body in 12 Weeks. 

Kelli's professional mission is to provide individuals with the tools to make health, fitness and wellness a permanent and enjoyable part of their lives and Adventure Boot Camp is one of her most favorite tools
